I contacted GBS Designs for advice and assistance on a vehicular access to my property that required planning permission. Glenn met with me quickly and provided a comprehensive quote for everything required making me feel at ease to progress with the project.

Nothing was too much trouble for Glenn, even despite some frustrations and challenges presented by the local authorities during the process. Glenn went way beyond what I expected and despite the extra work put upon us by the council honoured his initial quotation.

We decided to employ Glenn Bramble-Stewart to represent us and arranged a meeting with him at which he took us through the party wall process. It was clear to us that he had a thorough knowledge of the subject and thus we decided to get him to represent us in negotiating an agreement with our neighbour’s surveyor. He kept us fully informed during the negotiations taking into account of any comments we had which resulted in a Party Wall agreement which fully represented our interests and protected our property.
