We were very pleased with the loft conversion that Gary managed and completed for us.
From the very beginning, it was clear to us that Gary is a courteous, well spoken, knowledgeable and very experienced tradesman.

From the initial stages, he made useful suggestions about the plans, and kept in touch with us whilst we waited for planning permission. Once we had started, we had positive ongoing discussions about progress, changes to what we wanted, and overall good communications throughout.

Gary is a very friendly person, and all of the people he brought on site were also very professional and courteous.

We were very impressed by how well he managed to fit around our home situation, since covid hit right in the middle of the project, we were around a lot more than expected.

We were relieved that Gary worked in a very tidy way, leaving things clean, tidy and safely stowed at the end of the day. He was mindful about what work/tools/materials were accessible when our small children were around, and he was cheerfully tolerant of “inspections of the work” by inquisitive small people…

We have had a very positive experience, resulting in a high quality finish, and all within budget, and we are extremely grateful to Gary and his team for a job well done, and can highly recommend his services!
