Once again the Gelder team responded to an urgent leak at our house while we were on holiday and fixed it immediately. So reassuring to know they are there and care as much as they do. Thank you Team Gelder!

My insurance company firstly sent a bunch of cowboys to complete works in the downstairs of my home due to a leaking pipe! i called insurance and refused to have them back! My loss adjuster appointed Gelders!
Kev Fox was my project manager, Kev came and assessed the cowboys work and the damage caused in our home and listened! He then drew up a plan and kept us updated with every step and appointed his team to put our home back to liveable! Kev understood what was needed to be done and never once cut corners to save money like the last cowboys! Neil and his lads worked really hard and then Gary the decorator came and within 2 weeks we were back in our home! everything has been done to top standards and looks absolutely amazing! we cant Thank Kev and his team enough!! We would highly recommend these lads

I would like to compliment the team for their efficiency and excellent work recently undertaken at my home. Emma kept me fully informed of progress from first contact to completion of the works including arranging for contractors to arrive early to accommodate my work pattern. I am fully satisfied with the work undertaken and was extremely impressed with how they left the work area clean and tidy on completion. The work was also completed ahead of the agreed timescale. I feel that Gelder Group met their 'Can-do' attitude and delivered with the special 'Gelder Touch' Please pass on my thanks to the employees concerned. We have had 5 months of hell after a water tank split. We had two companies that honestly no words can describe.
It was only when we spoke to Rob, he said he would would get our house back to a home that we could feel as if we could trust him.
Honestly he is making our shell of an empty house with no ceilings back to a home. We can't

Martin and Brandon are an amazing team. Informed both me and my partner on everything they were doing even asking my partner if the fittings and fixtures were in the correct place for his needs. Every day they left our home clean and tidy and arrived on time each day. We would highly recommend them and the company.our new wetroom is 5 star ?

I had an underfloor leak in my bathroom and was contacted by Gelder on 11/4/18. They sent one of their plumber on 12/4/18 who found the leak very quickly and, with minimal damage, to the floor, repaired the leak very quickly. He was a very friendly and efficient worker and one thing that did impress me was the fact he phoned us twice on his journey to let us know he was delayed in traffic. I was extremely impressed with all aspects of my experience with this representative of Gelder.

I approached Gelders to look at my shower waste pump because they are recommended by Saniflo. The website promoted that the engineers carry spare parts and a high first time fix rate.

Alarm bells should have rung when they wanted £185 to just come and look at the issue, with a £25 per quarter of an hour thereafter.

The engineer came, announced he was told he was coming to look at a macerator and that he doesn’t carry spares for shower waste pumps. He recommended I purchase the spare he thought I needed (another £160) and for it myself.

I duly purchased the spare which did not fix the issue. I am now £345 down and the shower waste pump is still not fixed!

Gelders response.. I need to pay another call out fee for them to come look again!! When I asked what service I had actually received for my initial call out fee they failed to respond!

If I could give 0/5 I would!
