Lewis planned to attend a property we are purchasing for us on 22/02/25, this was all arranged with the seller, the seller waited all day but Lewis failed to attend or even notify me that this visit was not going to go ahead for any reason, since then I have made attempts to phone Lewis and ask whether he still wanted the work and still willing to quote, again no further contact which is quite baffling, poor service

From the initial phone call to when Lewis arrived to give us a quote he was very professional once we accepted the quote he got us booked in communication was great and arrived when he said he would kept his work area tidy when he left every day and did an outstanding job will definitely be calling him back for future plans we have !
