Very poor experience with GeoBond. The perfect was finished around 3 years ago. They failed building control 2 times, made some very basic errors which even is as we amateurs noticed. We insisted that they change the team and compensate for the issues. I would avoid and look for a more reputable company.

This company were very good in responding initially to the required structural works , a simple piling for a conservatory. Since work has been completed there has been structural movement and damages to the conservatory. We contacted them in April 2021 (!) and they promised to come and check the defect - still waiting March 2023!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! I wish I had spoken with someone who had used them before. I tried to get hold of them for a year now because I am still waiting for essential paperwork that they have not issued on completion of their works as they were supposed to. They don't answer the phone or emails ! I would think that is because they know the pile tests failed .
