George, James and all their colleagues have been incredibly professional, efficient, honest, kind and helpful over the last few weeks of renovation work on my very old house that was falling apart in places. They worked on replacing all my windows, front door and French doors, as well as painting most of the house, and I couldn't be happier with all that they've done - everything is finished to impeccable standards, I couldn't have asked for better. They were also very understanding when I had a strange request regarding one of the windows, and they made it happen so I now have exactly what I was looking for. They were also very generous with regard to giving me free advice about what to do/what not to do when I received the survey report for the house, thereby saving me a lot on costs, for which I am very grateful.
The whole team was also very understanding when I had to delay the work a little and they really helped me out a lot by trying to accommodate my schedule despite their own very busy schedule. The house was in a chaotic state but they put up with it, and were very patient and kind about everything throughout the process. I couldn't have worked with a more pleasant and professional team. The house is looking great because of what they have accomplished. Given the high standards they work to, I am having them come back to do my roof in a month.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend George, James and their whole team to anyone looking for the best professionals who will treat their client's house with the greatest care and respect.

I watched George and James and their team renovate my neighbour’s house, they were extremely courteous to me, letting me know when they were going to make any noise etc. I observed the excellent standard of work and decided to ask them to replace my windows which they did super quickly. The price was really good and when I told friends how much I paid they all commented on what a great price. The workmanship is second to none, I couldn’t believe how fast they were, very little disruption and they cleaned up. Totally impressed with the whole experience.
They were really friendly and so so helpful, I asked them about other jobs needing doing and they gave their advice freely and totally professionally.
I also felt safe in their hands as I have had bad experiences in the past but this company is really trustworthy. Thank you all.
