I used GPA for a new build application. They were helpful and efficient and communication was never really an issue. Approval was achieved and I was happy with their service. Unfortunately that’s where it ends with GPA. Since the approval their service is non existent. My contractor has questions (which would take someone 5 mins to answer) about their drawings which is critical for our build but after 3 days of phoning and emailing they have not bothered to acknowledge or respond and have held us up. It feels like if they’re not getting paid they don’t want to know. I would avoid and use a company that doesn’t ditch you once they’ve got paid.
