Traveled half an hour to property I rent out to meet Mr Gibson at the time we arranged. Got a text saying will be one hour late. ..so I waited ...and waited for another 4 hrs. I called, no answer so left a message. 2 days later still no contact. Expected at an apology or an explanation after spending time in the cold. I found him from My Builder. Very poor and unprofessional.
