Lovely guy came out to assist my 92 year old father with his blocked loo!! Dad was very embarrassed but was soon put at ease thanks to their kindness, professional expertise & immediate execution (or should that be evacuation!) Highly recommend.

Louis youre a frikkin genius

Louis was my second opinion using the gas safe website and he sorted my boiler by being extremely thorough using his skills and diagnostic experience

It was a gas injector that was blocked and now I have my radiators on.

My first engineer said my boiler was not repairable and that because it was so old and quoted me just under 3k to get a new one

Parking skill for company vehicle could use more attention. Bizarre unnecessary occupation of 2 car spaces on an evening - for zero visible reason. Considerate parking would be appreciated by residents.
