We moved into our new home in April and unfortunately the lovely balcony doors lock broke soon after our arrival. 4 different locksmiths were unable to help, saying the locks were 'too specialist and high security' A little detective work later we contacted Global Building Supplies who we discovered had initially fitted the doors. Martin kindly came out to assess the situation and after a bit of miscommunication, Martin sent a member of staff out, who fixed the issue swiftly and professionally under the warantee. Thanks for sorting, we are delighted to be able to use the doors again which are such a great focal point of our apartment.

Excellent company, fair price and pleasant reliable service. I had a small alignment issue with my bifold door some years after installation and they came and sorted it promptly and efficiently.

Contacted Global about a failed sealed unit, 3 years after it having been fitted. It was promptly inspected by Martin and a replacement unit was ordered FOC . Re-fitting work was undertaken efficiently and with minimal disturbance FOC . Great job Martin and team. Thanks.

What can I say but 5 star service. 10/10 for the Management and team.
I have inherited a 3 year old property and 1 year in my rear patio doors have developed a fault. Tracked down the company and spoke to them. Wow, amazing engagement and I am delighted to report totally fixed under warranty. A wheel had broken and they totally removed the door and replaced the wheel. Great friendly engineers. Also respected my property which is most important.
If you are thinking of ordering from Global then service and after sales is so important and I can totally vouch for the company and recommend them.

Martin, I can't thank you enough for being the person who made a huge difference to our stalled build. One phone call to organise a site visit, 20 minutes later your on site stating what we needed, organised the design, manufacture, delivery, and commissioned in one week, fantastic customer service. Your location shown on Google maps was in the wrong place, half a mile up the road from where you really are. I have gotten Google maps to change it for both you and all of us that are out doing deliveries in all weathers.
