Unfortunately, my initial dealings with the Tamworth branch were disappointing. Communication was poor, responses were slow, and I often found the tone to be abrupt and unhelpful, which only added stress during an already difficult time.

However, things changed significantly once I requested to move my case to the Lichfield branch. Stephen, Nadine, and Paige were fantastic from start to finish — responsive, supportive, and highly professional.
