I wasn’t impressed. We already had a plan they designed and they modified it for us. They charged over $25,000 for that. They charged us $4000 for plans for an accessory garage that is basically a rectangle. The attention to detail was poor and I am reminded of that every time I walk into my mudroom. They only put a light switch when walking into the mudroom from the garage but not when entering the kitchen so every time I want to turn the light in there on or off, I have to walk all the way through the mudroom. For what we paid and for supposed “experts”, they should have caught this. That’s the things I paid them for and they weren’t impressive. They did do a good job with our colors but charged $500 to pick the colors.
