Paul is just excellent. He has hundreds of people a month ringing and dropping in, asking for free help, so he can seem impatient. But if you book your Merc in he'll do as much or as little as you want, all at great prices. He has lots of specialist equipment - the only E/S Class front spring compressors for miles - and really knows his stuff.

Paul, the owner is extremely friendly and helpful and will give you options to repair your Mercedes.
He deals with all sorts of Mercedes and is very quick and efficient. I’ve been there a few times now and never had an issue. I would highly recommend.
The only thing is don’t follow the satnav along the main road when it’s raining as the road next to his garage gets flooded and if you’re driving a low profile car you might get stuck.

I rarely write reviews but Godstone Mercedes deserve very positive recognition. I decided to use Godstone Mercedes because I received extremely poor service from the main Mercedes dealer at Epsom. Anyone with a Mercedes in Surrey, I would highly recommend using Godstone Mercedes rather than main dealer. Service, knowledge, expertise and professionalism is in a different league to the main dealer and the price was very reasonable for the work carried out. Thank you, I will be back.
