We looked at many new builds, the Gower Showhome was 2nd only to Redrow’s in regards to finishes, design and finer details (though my bro bought a much more expensive Redrow around the same time & thought our finishing & customer service better than he had!)
Whilst I don’t think any new build company is perfect I would definitely say these are better than majority out there.
Whilst I believe during lockdown snagging was much slower for some, our snagging list was dealt with in a reasonable timeframe prior to this.
The only minor grip I have is the window locks (whilst secure) could do with being more robust / higher quality & a welcome gift would of been a nice touch.
