We needed some advice about a possible house purchase that is in need of renovation.

Graham held an initial consultation and discussed options. He provided his initial outline thinking and even did some very high level investigation as to what may, or may not be possible (ultimately local planning would have to give the definitive view).

Graham is a well presented and has great experience in domestic work! I have recently commisioned him to obtain planning permission for a domestic extention for us. he managed thr project all the way through from initial consultation to getting us planning permision. Thoughout the process he was vey helpful and also put us in touch with a builder from kirkham who completed the project on time to a agreed quotation and we was very happy with the finished project
