I have used Graline for three extensive renovation projects to my property including a side utility/down stairs bathroom extension, a two story side extension, significant internal and roof remodeling - new bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, + full rewire. Throughout all three jobs Graline staff have been professional, polite, prompt, tidy and kept me informed of job and budget changes using a helpful online digital management tool. The quality of work is of a high standard, and they adhere to all building regulations and standards, yet have been quick to resolve any required remediation that inevitably crops up after all contraction work. Consequently, I have recommend Graline to three of my neighbours to support in their home renovations.

Graline Construction completed a single storey extension for me to be used as a kitchen/family room.

Built using a mix of in house skills and their regular preferred sub contractors, all work was conducted to a consistent high standard and in a conscientious way by tradespeople who care about what they do.

They showed a flexibility in their approach and went the extra mile to ensure the customer was happy, bringing their own ideas and experience into the build to produce a much better outcome thank had
actually been in the plan.

We had a great experience with Graline Construction on a kitchen extension and renovation of our property. The work was completed to a high standard, with any snagging issues quickly resolved. Communication was good, we had plenty of visibility on project status, including when having issues with suppliers, which gave us the confidence that matters were being well addressed. They fed into the design process as well, proposing options and alternatives, as well as providing honest feedback when they felt there was a better approach. We would happily have them back in for further work, and highly recommend them.

Graline have just completed a single story extension and the service has been excellent from start to finish. Their quotation was competitive however one of the deciding factors for us was trust, as we were absent for long periods of the build. Using in house tradesmen for nearly all the work was a definite plus, however the single sub contractor used was part of Graline’s approved suppliers and they were also excellent.

As well as building to timescale their communication, attention to detail and ideas for improvement were both helpful and useful in deescalating stress whilst we were away and somewhat blind to progress. Living on a High St with limited access we were aware that relationships would be important. Parking space for works vehicles, skip hire and materials delivery, all within a confined area, had the ability to be upsetting for our near neighbours, however they have all been complimentary about their conduct and courtesy whilst on site. Indeed we have had a few enquiries for their number!

Ultimately the extension was built on time, the workmanship high quality and perhaps more importantly they always delivered on what they said.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting similar work.

Graline worked on our kitchen extension and did a first class job. They've subsequently done additional work installing two bathrooms numerous doors and wooden flooring. We had Graline in to transform our old kitchen.This was not a simple task as a load bearing wall and a chimney breast had to be removed and steels inserted . Communication was excellent from start to finish regarding every process involved to every pound spent. A great bunch of lads with a broad skill base and a depth of knowledge in traditional and modern building and installation methods. Very tidy and totally trustworthy, we are extremely happy with the standard of workmanship.
