Grandish Designs are coming to the end of work on my Grade 2 listed Welsh beer house. If you are lucky enough to get on the waiting list I would jump at the chance. Damien is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of building work and an expert in heritage techniques. He takes great pride in his work completing everything to a high standard. Grandish Designs always leave the site tidy and have treated my property with courtesy and respect. Hats off also to Damien's capacity to be reassuring as we encountered multiple instances of shoddy work completed by previous builders which were truly horrifying! Suffice to say I'm delighted these issues have all been rectified by Grandish Designs in a prideful and appropriate way.

We contacted Damien and his team in the Summer this year as we had had a dreadful experience with another company in the rendering of our cottage. Their work has been exemplary!! They are friendly and professional and have completed the work we required promptly and to an exceptional standard using traditional methods of lime rendering in keeping with the age of our property. They’ve never let us down and even when problems have been encountered ( it’s a very old cottage!) they resolved them with no fuss and minimal stress to us!
Because of the excellence of their work we have asked them to carry out some renovation and preservation work on outbuildings that would otherwise crumble and we would lose that wonderful history. Rob is an absolute expert in the art of bricklaying and we are so privileged to have him working on our property.
I would never hesitate to recommend this company-they have literally saved our property and restored our faith in that there really are some trustworthy and hardworking companies out there!!

I had Damien and his gang to carry a few things at my property. Can't fault them them on bit. Working area kept clean and tidy at all times. All scheduled work completed to the highest of standards and on time. Highly recommend Damien and his team.

Damien has done fantastic work for me, at an excellent price. His communication and advice is invaluable.
Since he took over grandish designs they have improved significantly. I agreed with the reviews from around 4+ years ago, but that is no longer the case with Damien now running the company.
