Review for Pashk and His Team

We hired Pashk and his team to build our side return extension and renovate two bathrooms as part of a full flat renovation in southwest London. From start to finish, they were outstanding. Pashk’s attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality were evident in everything they did.

One of the things that impressed us most was their speed without compromising on quality. The team worked efficiently, yet every element of the build was executed to a high standard. Pashk was incredibly focused on getting the details right and ensuring that everything met not just our expectations, but his own—he approached the project as if he were working on his own home. This level of care and pride in his work made a huge difference.

Communication was also a real strength. Pashk kept us informed at every stage of the process, discussing any decisions that needed to be made and making sure we understood the options available. There were no surprises—just clear, honest, and professional dialogue throughout. On the rare occasion when there was a moment of miscommunication, Pashk was quick to address and rectify the issue, ensuring that everything was aligned with our vision. His responsiveness and problem-solving approach made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Beyond their skill and professionalism, Pashk and his team were a pleasure to have on-site. They were always respectful of our home and our neighbors, keeping the site tidy and working with real consideration. Despite the challenges of a freezing cold winter, Pashk showed up on time every single day—without fail. Even when he was unwell, he was still there, making sure everything stayed on track. His dedication and work ethic were truly remarkable.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the work Pashk and his team did. If you’re looking for a contractor who is reliable, highly skilled, and genuinely cares about the quality of his work, Pashk is the person to call. We would recommend him without hesitation.

We highly recommend Pashk and his team for home renovations. They did a fantastic job with our bathroom and en-suite.
Pashk was very responsive and communicative with any queries and kept us regularly up to date on progress with photo’s, calls and video messaging. He gave expert advice from start to finish given the space he had to work with, whilst always keeping in mind our budget and the style we wanted. This included adapting our storage needs that didn’t detract from the overall finish, yet making the room more practical.
Whilst we didn’t interact overly with his team, as we had to vacate the property whilst work was carried out, they always presented friendly and were exceptionally tidy when we visited at key steps, and at the end of the renovation. Both rooms were finished on time and to such a great standard, we have been nothing but impressed with the service provided.

We will definitely use them again for any future improvements we are considering.

Pashk and his team did a fantastic job with our kitchen renovation. The quality of the work is great and we’re so pleased with how it turned out. Pashk is responsive, hands on and was in regular communication throughout the job. He was happy to offer advice when we needed it and always had cost and quality in mind when making recommendations. His team were polite, tidy, friendly, helpful and very hardworking. Our job was finished more or less on time and we felt as though we were in a safe pair of hands throughout.

We would use Pashk and his team again for future home improvements and would highly recommend him to anyone else looking for a reliable, quality builder.

Pashk and his exceptional team completed our full house renovation (loft conversion and ground floor rear extension) in late 2022 (Victorian terrace in SW London). We had originally intended the build to take 6 months but Pashk managed to complete it in less than 3! As well as the work being of extremely high quality, Pashk has a real eye for practicality and design which we found very helpful in ensuring we maximised the use of our space.

Pashk’s team is extremely hard working and polite - we lived in our house for the duration of the build, and we were very surprised by how non-intrusive the builders were and how they went out of their way to facilitate our living in - for example, we always had a functioning tap and temporary kitchen, and they prioritised getting a toilet installed and working!!

Pashk has good connections with all the necessary tradesmen and we always trusted his judgment on the quality of their work (and we were not disappointed!). Pashk ensures that the work continues apace, and even when it has looked like there may be delays in materials or with tradespeople, Pashk has managed to find a solution.

We would highly recommend Great Pavings to our friends and family and indeed one of our good friends nearby has already instructed Pashk on her kitchen extension project.

Pashk and his team have just completed a side return, loft conversion and roof terrace for me. I could not recommend him more highly. He has a brilliant eye for detail and came up with some clever practical solutions. He is 100% dedicated to the client and the product in which he builds. I had anticipated the project would take 6 months, but it was completed in 3.5 months. He and his team are trustworthy and work incredibly hard.

Pashk and his team did our kitchen extension in Tooting in late 2022 and did a fantastic job. Pashk was knowledgeable, resourceful, friendly and conscientious, and often said that he was doing the work to the same standard as he’d do to his own home – which I think he did.
We had a lot of extras (extra tiling, patio, removing tree, fitting drain, replacing fence, fitting tiles, removal of hearth etc) done on top of the initial building quote and Pashk’s pricing was I think fair and reasonable. The electricians, plumbers and decorators that Pashk brought in were skilled and diligent and a final mention must go to the speed of his work. The team worked from 8 until 5 every day with half an hour break for lunch and got through the job in around 6 weeks – we were expecting 8. Our neighbours were impressed with the speed and quality of Pashk’s work and they will get a quote from him when they do their kitchen extension.

We had our rear garden middle section levelled and Grey lime stone patio slabs laid. We also had all the existing defective sand and cement render removed from the garden walls and new coloured K Rend installed.
The work was done on time and all operatives were polite and skilled at their jobs.
We have used Great Pavings before and will continue to do so.
