Green form design have been nothing but professional and informative throughout the process of designing a rear extension to my property. The pricing is fair and transparent and I have been kept fully informed with regards to anything that wasn't included in the initial price, building regs and structural engineer. Kamran made several visits to our house after each alteration to the drawings and we are really pleased with the final drawings, they are exactly what we had in our mind when starting out. We spoke to Kamran about doing an extension. We were aware of an issue with a 45 degree angle and wanted to see if we could work around it. Kamran assured us it wouldn't be a problem and we discussed plans which sounded amazing. We paid for the first stage and didn't hear from him for 4 weeks. I chased up and was told that he was busy with other things. Another week later we then had the plan through. It was nothing like we had discussed and was a lot smaller due to the 45 degree issue, which we had been assured wouldn't be an issue. We feel very cheated out of the £450 we paid him when another architect we had spoken to had been up front and told us what we wanted to do was not possible. It feels like Kamran promised the world but can't deliver. I am sure with his experience he would have known this but chose not to tell us.

Stay away and find someone who will be up front with you.
