This latest one was sold to the first person through the door after just 4 days (including a second viewing) at full asking price. I did make the mistake of trying to use an alternative Estate agent once and after several months switched to Greenslade who within 3 weeks had the very beautiful home sold. From the outset all the staff at GTH have been totally professional, efficient, and friendly. The manager, the photographer and other staff we dealt with. Our home was marketed in a very positive way. Particular praise must go to Wendy Stockham who supervised most of the viewings, followed up with prospective purchasers, and gave us honest and encouraging feedback. On being greeted at our viewing, we felt very comfortable, Wendy was very friendly and made our time spent with her very good. She gave us lots of information about the property and the owner, which gave us a good feeling about the bungalow, it also gave us confidence to go forward to purchasing it. When we took our identification to the offices, we were greeted by very a friendly staff, it was nice to be remembered! They made the whole experience more enjoyable.
