We have been working with Greenway Associates for the last 10 years.
I own a a building company - T. Power Ltd. And have built several Home extensions and Loft conversions that Wayne and his team have designed over the years.
They are always top quality and its always evident how great a job Wayne has done as the clients speak so highly of him. We take over the job once full planning has been received, so even at the end of the architectural process, the clients have had a good experience , and trust him. In many cases they have become friends.
We also build from drawings designed by other Architects and they are nowhere near as good as the Architectural drawings and Structural design and calculations we recieve from Greenway. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Working with Wayne is efficient and a pleasure. When I started to plan things and draw rough diagrams myself, I could not reconcile the roofline and how it would join the existing building. I chose Wayne largely on the basis of an unfussy website, an interesting bio and a positive conversation. He very quickly came up with a solution, and produced a set of "Architect's impressions" showing what the finished building would look like in the context of its surroundings.

He is now supervising the project, recommending structural engineer and builders, which takes the load off me.

Initially I hired Greenway Associates to handle the planning permission and building controls. However I also subsequently employed his services on design coordination. I was very pleased with Wayne's work and found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and flexible. I started off with very limited knowledge on many of the things that I needed to get this done.
