We reached out to Paul as we have a water flow issue in our property. Paul came out free of charge to assess the situation and very promptly carried out the work. He has also been liaising directly with South West Water on our behalf to sort out an issue with the supply pipe into our property. Paul is efficient, friendly and most of all delivers excellent customer service...highly recommend.

We needed a camera survey of our pipework at the rear of our property for a particular issue. Paul's team arrived as scheduled and were professional and courteous. They checked all the pipework on our property and identified an issue with the pipework coming onto our property in front of our house that we had not been aware of, explained things clearly, and gave us all the information we needed to contact SWW as it was SWW's responsibility to fix that. Very thorough job. Recommended 🙂

Paul Gregory came to give a free quote, identified the issue was SW water to fix, rang them for me to get it resolved and explained it all through to me. Didn’t charge me anything but gave more help than anyone! Very appreciative.
Then when SWW had fixed the leak but I still had issues SWW sent a subcontractor to sort it, turns out that was Gregory’s and they were friendly, helpful and fixed the issue! Excellent service and highly recommend a trade that can communicate very clearly! Thank you
