Working with Grey Rose Architects has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Their creativity, attention to detail, and ability to truly understand our vision made the entire design process seamless and enjoyable. They took the time to listen, asked thoughtful questions, and brought fresh, innovative ideas to the table that elevated the project beyond what we imagined.

Communication was clear and consistent throughout. Every step of the way felt collaborative and well-organised. Not only was the final design stunning, but it was also highly functional, reflecting both our aesthetic preferences and practical needs with young family.

No doubt I will be using them for future projects and recommending to friends and family.

Such a shame as would really have liked to work with this architect but left miffed as hasn’t replied to our emails which goes against the code of professionalism. I’m left wondering if our project just wasn’t financially attractive enough.
Was also told she has overpriced if project not wanted, probably better if honest from the outset so doesn’t waste any of her time or the client’s.

Don’t waste your time as you’ll just be forever chasing or waiting. Unprofessional.

Despite reaching out regarding a potential project, my messages were completely ignored , most likely because it wasn't deemed "big enough" for her attention.

Every client and project deserves respect and consideration, regardless of size. It's unacceptable to dismiss inquiries based on such arbitrary criteria. This lack of responsiveness reflects poorly on Suzi and her firm.

I cannot recommend her services based on this experience. A true professional treats all clients with respect and responsiveness, regardless of the project's scale.

Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for architectural services where your inquiries will be replied back to, valued, regardless of project size.
