One star is too many for you!!!
First, the scaffolding outside our building has been there for more than ONE YEAR!!!
It has dramatically affected our life. I’m unable to install the broadband because of it!
I kept asking when will they remove the scaffolding for my side of the building as the maintenance is already completed months ago, they keep telling me this week, and never remove it!!!!

Secondly, they never receive calls!!! They’re literally ghosts!
