Great service from Judith and Carolann at Grisdales in Cockermouth. Very attentive service when it came to the decision to the sell, and the valuation. This estate agents has no shame trying to sell a house like nothing is wrong with it less than 24 hours after I backed out of the house because it had a never ending list of problems. I would steer well clear from this estate agents. Nothing but a bunch of con artists.
