Excellent service from beginning to end. No problem too small and great attention to detail. Laura designed the way to solve a layout problem which we had puzzled over for years, and we are absolutely delighted with the finished project. We cannot recommend highly enough.

Rubbish, appointment organised, details taken,, Laura said she’d let us have her quote within a few days, 2 weeks later I had to call to see when we would receive the quote, was told it would be with us by the end of the week, that’s didn’t happen, five weeks after our initial meeting the quote finally arrived, in between this time we did not receive any calls or emails apologising for the delay or to thanks us for our time at the meeting. Wasted our time and delayed us moving forward with our plans. We engaged the services of another. Would not recommend,

Failed to ring me back as agreed to arrange a meeting. I telephoned again and the lady said she would speak to her director and ring me back. This didn,t happen. This is the sort of response you would expect from a jobbing builder not a 'professional' company.
