Love the door. There were several companies offering this same design but I chose GRP based on positive Trust Pilot rating and their price. After I'd placed the order a representative from GRP called to confirm all details were correct and answered some queries I had (super helpful as I did change the handle type and letter box as a result). I ordered the door in July but due to delays with my builder it wasn't installed until November. I was aware that I should have checked all components upon arrival (as recommended) but didn't unwrap it. A mistake as when my door fitter came to install, it was missing the sill. I wrote to GRP who were quick to send a replacement, no questions asked

There is a great number of companies to choose from when you want a new door. I took a chance with GRP Composite Doors and wasn't disappointed.
The ordering process on their website is simple to navigate.
I completed my order of a composite door with my size and all the options I wanted and was surprised that I didn't pay online. Someone called me fairly quickly to go through the order to make sure everything was correct. I then paid over the phone.
This is a great way to process an order. It ensures there are no silly mistake on the order.
The door arrived on time and the delivery driver was very helpful.
I fitted the door myself and am very pleased with the result.

Ordering process was very easy - just follow the steps. Got a phone call to confirm all details and double check measurements were correct. Received an email confirming delivery date and time and a phone call when the driver was an hour away.
The door was well packaged and perfectly to spec.

This company were great. From discussing my requirements, ordering, communicating and delivering they were really good.

The selection of doors and prices were good however the only thing that lost a star was that I couldn't choose the inside colour of the doors.

Ordering from GRP composite doors was very simple with no payment taken at the this point, at 9am the next day a representative called ready to go over the details of the order and ensure every dimension was accurate and understood whilst also advising on hardware suitability. Following this the door was swiftly delivered the next Monday, well packaged without a single scratch on the slab or frame. Accurate to the size ordered and fitted very well to the measured opening following their measuring guides. The colour is great and since the initial fitting I haven’t had to adjust the hinges.
