I purchased a property nearly 18 months ago and GIUK are yet to complete the list of snagging from not only myself but also my neighbours, despite constant communication and promises that it would be done. There has been no clear information from GIUK with regards to solving these issues and it has always been the residents chasing a resolution to no avail. I would not recommend buying a property from this company.

AVOID. Snagging list still not complete despite constant chasing for almost 2 years. Promises made but never delivered. Extremely poor communication and staff just appear to pass responsibility when it suits. Absolutely DO NOT recommend GIUK. Nothing but excuses.
