Very happy with the home we bought, the Gusto homes team were a pleasure to deal with and continue to be. They have made a lovely community with the homes and units they have built in the village and always seem to be pushing to provide more for the residents and the wider community (They donated valuable money to local groups in our name with our home purchase). They are building future proof homes with modern design and technologies as standard, we would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new home.

The day we moved into our new Gusto home, we were welcomed by a scrupulously clean and bright bungalow. We were delighted with the modern, stylish design and we still are.
Inside; rooms are naturally well-lit by large windows, which overlook the back garden. With the benefit of effective insulation and air conditioning, we stay warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer.
With the beautifully fitted kitchen area, spacious dining and living area (even room for my piano), 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, we are well set up. Door frames are extra wide to accommodate John's walking frame. In Beaufields House, the well appointed guest room is available to book for extra guests when needed. We have used this facility on several occasions.
Outside: landscaping, allotments and newly planted young trees enhance the whole development. Close by, a Woodland Walk will be available for all to experience, when building is completed.
Living in this peaceful and friendly community, we have made many friends and neighbours, as well as supporting Art Group, Beaufields Choir, Chair Pilates, Friday coffee mornings and seasonal celebrations. There are further activities available for other interests.
Overall, our experience as residents for almost 3 years, is a very positive one. 5* for Gusto Homes.

:We are beyond impressed with the eco-friendly house built by Gusto. The incorporation of solar panels, a tennis court allotment, and a strong community vibe on the street truly sets them apart. The quality of the house is exceptional; it's so well-insulated that we hardly need any heating. I highly recommend Gusto for anyone looking for a sustainable and top-notch home.

Being at Woodlands Edge, in Lincolnshire, which is an Eco development, is a brilliant place to live.
Our home was built by Gusto Homes, who are a B-Corp accredited company, who really care about the environment and eco living.
We love our house, which is modern and spacious, with loads of natural light.
Our electric bills are extremely cheap, because of the construction of the house, which is basically built from insulated form-work, infilled with concrete, which gives the house a mega thermal advantage, and stable warm temperature all year round.
We also have an air exchange system, which is great in keeping the house feeling fresh and we also have solar panels, which generate solar power (transported back to the grid), which brings in a small income, to offset our electric costs.
We live amongst lovely neighbours, who know and respect each other.
We care for, and collectively manage our communal estate, due to each homeowner having a share in the development. We are enormously proud of where we live and know that we each play a part in keeping our beautiful surroundings in good order.
Would highly recommend living in a Gusto eco property, if you ever get the opportunity!!!

We moved into our Gusto Eco home in the autumn of 2017. Having visited an exhibition of Eco homes in Inverness (several times) we knew what we wanted.. low, low utility bills, great insulation, high performance glazing, power generation, highest quality build standard.
We had been looking for three years when we found this Lincolnshire Gusto development, and it took just ten minutes for us to know that we had found our new home.
Has it lived up to expectations Yes, yes, yes, yes and yes!!
We benefited from the last of the feedback tariffs for solar energy and, even charging an electric car, we generated more energy than we used.. zero electricity cost.
But way beyond that, we have a home built to the highest specifications, with a really professional and passionate eye for detail on a beautiful site. The airflow system keeps the air in the house fresh, and circulates warmth into every room. The insulation means we can put our infra red heating on in one room on the overnight tariffs and it then keeps the house evenly warm all day. The temperature in the house stays at 19c all winter with an occasional daytime boost in just one room in the coldest weather.
The high spec triple glazing enables us to keep the house cool in the summer as well as warm in the winter.
The internal glazed balcony on the first floor is set up to wash and dry the laundry year round.. and is genius!!
The house was built with a beautiful conservatory glazed on the roof with solar glass taking the living space out to join the garden.
I could go on.., there is so, so much more that can be said… however please take from this that living in a Gusto home is the best of leaps into the future. I strongly believe that now this exceptional standard has been set, building regs should require all new build to be this good. I don’t know of anyone else whose homes measure up.

Having known the Gusto brand, and ethics for many many years - we were delighted when they were building their "over 55s" bungalows and apartments just down the road from us - however , my brother in law and myself visited their Eco Showhouse in November 2019 and wow, we were blown away with it - instead of buying 2 bungalows for my sister and her husband; and me and my elderly Mum, we put our name down for , and then bought together one of the 4 Bed Eco homes. Every day we sit here and thank fate for this decision. This was before "working from home" and the extreme fuel bills raised their heads - and with our triple glazing, Fibre broadband, 15 solar panels and no expensive gas - we are reaping the benefits of moving from our cold draughty 1970s bungalow. Yes there has been some changing of habits and routines, but a very small consideration compared with the benefits. The house build is excellent, we have had so few "snags" rear their heads, and Gusto are there to answer our queries if we have any. I don't know any new builds with so few problems needing remedying. We are now part of a great community, my sister and her husband have their own space when they visit, Mum has her living space downstairs, and we are future proofed as much as we can be. Yes there are suggestions for improvements to the plans for the next generation of Eco Homes, but this one is fab. Thanks Gusto.

I moved into my Gusto Homes house at Woodlands Edge in April ‘21. I’ve lived in it for coming up on 3 years now, so I can hopefully provide an informed review of how it’s been.
I’d viewed *so many* properties before this one that fatigue and disillusionment were beginning to set in. None of them stood out; all seemed to involve uncomfortable compromises; and I couldn’t help but feel that not one of them offered good value for money.
Viewing my Gusto Homes house for the first time was a surreal experience after all that—it was as if I’d increased my budget by 25%! There was more space; loads of thoughtful design touches; and massive wow-factor.
A friend of mine, who works in construction, came along for a second viewing, and they were astounded by the space, quality and finish. I’ve had no remarkable snags to report in my time here, and my overwhelming sense of the place is one of peaceful, easy and homely solidness.
Bricks and mortar aside, there’s also a huge sense of community on the development at Woodlands Edge, as we all share in common our appreciation for the sustainability and eco-friendly design principles that shape the place.
In short, I feel exceptionally lucky to live here, and know that wherever I move to next will have it all to do to measure up in a comparison.

So impressed with their developments, especially the latest one, Beaufields in Collingham. Great looking properties with innovative eco design, men in sheds growing areas and coming soon a deli/cafe. Full marks to Stef, Jerome and all the team at Gusto's ..... a real success story from "local lad's"
