I had my boiler serviced by HG Frost and the whole process was simple and quick. From booking in, to the appointment itself and payment. Simon the engineer was very friendly and professional and took the time to explain the results - all okay thankfully. When I got a link for the invoice I was able to just follow it and make payment straight away.

I cannot praise the work of HG Frost highly enough.
As an architect, I am looking to the highest standard of work and Frost did not disappoint . Their team immediately engaged in a complex refurbishment and glazed rear wall installation which was completed entirely to my satisfaction.
I can also vouch for their post-contract service: they are a delight to work with and I recommend them unreservedly.

We use H G Frost for our general maintenance needs such as boiler serving etc but we have also used them for emergency plumbing repairs.
