Second time i have used H&H to refurbish my shops. It goes without saying if the first time had not been so good i would not have used them a second time. However i am delighted to say the second refurbishment at our new shop in Polegate was even better. There care and extra mile that these guys go to is above and beyond. Male office staff speak to women like we are complete idiots. They are rude and abrupt, don't state their name or where they are calling from. They sent someone out and this worker also seemed very discriminating to women as well. Very rude, pushy and finding any excuse to blame me for the problems. I would not recommend - maybe a male would have a better experience.
