H&M Construction have conducted maintenance, repair and major refurbishment works at my property over a number of years. Having just moved to the area and not knowing who was who I asked several people for advice and they all mentioned H and M Construction and since then we have used them many times. They offer great service always promptly and with a smile and all so polite. From loft boarding to a new garage floor all work carried out quickly and professionally. Our property in Mickleton was completely refurbished by H&M construction several years ago. When we purchased the house it was very delapitated with only half a roof and wide-spread damp no kitchen or heating system.
They quoted against an architects specification and we're significantly cheaper than all other quotes. Although we had to wait for the job to commence they delivered on time, on spec and on budget. The standard of workmanship was very good, and they provided novel solutions to a number of issues which arose during the project. I cannot recommend Ross and Peter highly enough.

H&M repaired our lead porch roof including replacement of rotten timbers and substrate.
For the first time in many years the roof now drains properly and will last for many more years to come.
A nice job of work done on time and left tidy afterwards.
