I had an awful experience with this company when trying to get an accommodation report for a visa application. First of all, an accommodation report isn’t actually necessary for the visa process it’s something companies push on people who don’t know better. I went to this company for the report, and they took my money twice, only to give me two non-compliant reports.

The first time, they asked me to measure my own property but didn’t provide any guidance on how to do it properly. Naturally, my measurements were inaccurate, and the report they issued was non-compliant. I requested a redo, and they agreed to do it over a video call where I showed them the entire flat and sent pictures. Even with that, they still gave me another non-compliant report. To make things worse, after I paid the second time, they ghosted me for over a week. I had to chase them down to finally get my report.

Their communication was poor, their service unprofessional, and the whole process felt like a money grab. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company and to think twice about paying for an accommodation report it’s not something you actually need for your visa.

To address your response:

First, I never claimed that your company specifically ‘pushed’ this service on me. My review was meant to inform others that some companies promote accommodation reports as necessary when they often aren’t required for visa applications. I contacted you based on that common misconception, and unfortunately, my experience only reinforced this view.

Second, I paid you twice, not just £65, to receive two reports, both of which were non-compliant. In the first instance, I was asked to measure the property myself without any guidance, leading to an inaccurate report. Even after providing video evidence and photos for a second attempt, I received another non-compliant report. Your lack of guidance, communication, and professionalism throughout this process made it a very frustrating experience. If you believe the amount I paid was insufficient for proper service, then feel free to refund me.

For anyone considering this service, I strongly recommend reconsidering, as an accommodation report may not be necessary, and this company did not meet expectations.
