Dan and his men were exceptional throughout the project. We had a side extension above our office but this was complicated by the fact the lower floor was totally rebuilt apart from the external brick skin.
The project included building new bedrooms and a bathroom as well as renovating the ground floor.
Haddon Builders organised the roofers, plasterers and electricians for a relatively seamless build process.
Dan and his team were very friendly, polite and professional throughly with a top tradesman mention to Terry who we felt went above and beyond to finish the job internally (he was left with the majority of the finishing)

Haddon Building Services recently built us a new garage and converted our existing garage into a kitchen diner.
The whole team have been fantastic, really helpful and professional.
Key points that stand out are great communication, flexibility and excellent standard of work.
They got things done when they said they would and carried out what we asked with no fuss. They were willing to discuss all aspects of our plans. There was minimal disruption inside our house whilst the work was completed and the team were very tidy, inside and out.

Very happy with all the work performed. Dan and crew added an extension and remodeled the entire house. Numerous walls were taken out or moved, entire rewire and new boiler installed. Existing bathrooms renovated and nice new bathroom in the extension. We felt totally comfortable with the entire crew and if we have building needs in the future Haddon Building Services will be our first call.

I was recommended Haddon by another trusted source. I’m renovating a Victorian terrace in a fair amount of neglect and disrepair, and it is important that the building is understood and respected, (not just the cosmetic features, but the structure).

Haddon came to assess, recommended a structural engineer and talked me through everything. Work was agreed and plans submitted to the Local Authority. Great advice from Haddon and the engineer which meant approval was less than 24 hours after submission and payment.

Haddon immediately gave me a date for the work - removal of a chimney breast/wall and details of when payment would be required. I’m quite anxious, so asked for confirmation a few times in advance. Haddon responded quickly and soothed my unnecessary anxieties - sorry you guys.

Work commenced, based on the plans. I was asked for every decision before work and thankfully at important points. As it turned out I had a full wall removed instead of just the chimney breast, and Haddon consulted with my structural engineer to make sure this was safe and would fulfil Building Regulation requirements.

They have communicated brilliantly with me - I am not on site - and really listened to what I wanted.

I’m a genuine reviewer and have taken photos of the work.

When I walked into the house after the walk was removed, I actually said, ‘Wow!’

Super impressed! Haddon are completely professional, do everything they promise, take time to understand and are fantastic at communicating.

Cannot fault and recommend anyone to work with them. Dan, thank you. Helping me to make my inherited family home, my family’s home again.
