Nothing good about this firm. One of banes affiliate cash for permission contractors.
If you are unfortunate to have them get permission in your area it will be a terrible experience for the surrounding residents. H&S breaches, late night road works ( until 1am ) badgering a elderly lady to use her water to start the project, noise pollution and constant dirt and site traffic, and to top it of sitemanagers with the worst attitude I have ever seen on site.
All to accommodate the "affordable housing " scam.
The council gives permission, they recive the "affordable homes" from the contractor, then sell them to housing associations and they in turn rent them to the public at 80% of market value.
It's a government scam perpetrated by the council and unscrupulous builders.
Oh and the house cost 120k to build and are a generic as they come, and they want 600k I wouldn't touch these clowns with a barge pole

A very badly run company. From top management down, they spend most of their time attempting to cover up their mistakes.
WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL !! THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY FROM YOUR INVOICES. USING ANY MEANS POSSIBLE !!!!
I have seen better quality on a Persimmon Homes site !!!!
