I have used Harling Bridge Structural Engineers 3 times to produce structural reports for house buying purposes. On each occasion they have worked professionally and efficiently, and even at times managed to complete the survey at short notice.

The structural reports have been thorough, comprehensive and on each occasion my lender has been satisfied with the reports.
On one report my lender asked for additional information and Harling Bridge accommodated my request within 24 hours at no extra charge.

I would absolutely recommend Harling Bridge for structural engineer reports. Their service is excellent.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!
This company took my money from me for a small, single story, side extension back in the first quarter of 2021 - 2 YEARS AGO - and I am still yet to receive any paperwork from them! I have been unable to put my house on the market due to not being able to get the extension 'signed off' by building control as they wont do so without the paperwork from Kris at Harling Bridge. I have called their office, and Kris' mobile phone, constantly over the last 2 years to either be ignored, sent to voicemail, fobbed off by the receptionist, or told I'd receive "a call in hour" or "an email by Easter" etc etc etc.
I bet if I was building a multi-million pound structure I wouldn't have to work this hard to be taken seriously! Disgusting treatment by Harling Bridge Structural Engineers.

Absolutely appalling. By his own addmission Kriss admits we had appalling service, and almost non existant communications. He carried out a survey with a piece of laser equipment that he quite obviously did not know how to use. Probably begged stolen or borrowed from someone else. He admits that he could not identify the problem with my gable end, but that did not stop him from trying to design a resolution to the unknown problem. With only one drector, Kriss, lousy communications, lack of service, and the passing of about five nonths, and a London 'office' that has no staff and not even a phone number of its own, my guess is that this is little more than a one man band. Of course despite admitting all the above faults and adding a personal apology, when the question of recompense was raised he did what all unethical, incompetant cowards do and hid behind hia t's&c's.
Do not entertain using under any cicumstances.
