When we found out about the scheme to upgrade our septic tank we registered. Following this we had a survey done confirming our eligibility. The scheme because of its nature, did not cost us any money! Yes it’s free! Our tank has now been replaced and we have a state of the art new one. The work was undertaken professionally, efficiently and quickly. I know there’s nothing like free lunch, but there is a ‘free tank’, so we recommend it without reservation!

Our site presented some interesting challenges in terms of both the location of the old septic tank and the route that the pipework needed to take. None-the-less the team from Harrison Civils were undaunted and after making great progress on day one completed the job on time by mid-afternoon day two and we are delighted with the end result. It's even left us with a wider driveway as an unexpected bonus. They managed the entire process with building control and electrical certificates and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a sewage treatment plant installed.

The whole process of this new STP Nutrient Neutrality installation from start to finish was amazing. The teams on the installation were highly professional and efficient in their approach. They did everything they could to leave our garden looking more or less as it was before commencing the work. The speed of the installation without compromising the quality of the job was also impressive. An all round great experience from Harrison Civils - thank you to everyone involved.

New septic tank installed with very minimum of disruption. All workers were efficient, friendly and polite. I wouldn't have believed that in 3 days a huge hole could be dug (which involved removal of old tree root), a massive tank installed and the garden and drive restored to more or less original condition. In fact the removal of the tree root has improved things no end - a side bonus! Some plants sacrificed but the workers would have dug out any worthwhile plants or plants that I wanted to keep and left them for me to try to preserve. You couldn't ask for more than that!
To be fair the weather was ideal and made life easier all round but they probably ordered that too. An excellent job and overall I am delighted.

I must admit i was skeptical about the Nutrient Neutrality Scheme at first but it really is FREE to upgrade your old septic tank to a new water treatment plant. The whole process is very straightforward and everyone at Harrison Civils were outstanding. The work was carried out in a professional manner, all of the workmen were friendly and polite. They left the garden in a better state than it started and we are really pleased that we signed up for the scheme.

First class service. Used the FREE upgrade scheme which was advertised for a new water treatment plant, septic tank. Sounded too good to be true. WAS TRUE! New tank installed. Clean, tidy & very efficiently done. Not paid a penny. Would thoroughly recommend you to check whether you are eligible for this scheme as it won't be around for ever. Only obligation to Harrison Civils is to inspect /service tank once a year for 5 years. About 20 tanks being installed in our village alone. A very big thank you to Roger, Darren and the rest of the team for a job very well done.

Designed an excellent and creative solution to re-siting a non-performing septic tank and drainage area on a difficult site. Work carried to a very high standard indeed (including clear-up) by a skilled quick-working and conscientious team, led by Rodger Harrison himself. Post-installation service has been reliable and timely. In a recent emergency call-out they responded very quickly and efficiently (to a problem not associated with their original installation). The on-site engineer Darren Wood was bang on time, diagnosed the quite complex causes and put things right efficiently and speedily. All in all. an extremely efficient, well-run and friendly business..
Very highly recommended.
