Having never worked with a structual enginner before, I wasn't sure what to expect. I stumbled across Dave as a local structual engineer to the Cobham area and what a find. Personable, knowledeable, reliable. The drawings and calculations were returned quicker than estimated and for a fair price (especially compaired to some other quotes I acquired!) I have already been back to Dave for extra work, I strongly recommend to anyone looking to make some small or big changes to their property.
