Easy place to get to.

Loads of businesses on this estate including PTS and Warburton to name a few.

Enough room to safely turn an artic and a few places to park.

Not sure about parking over night as I was only delivering that day.

Well sign posted with easy access for any size vehicle altho the sign for the business could do with updating as it says some businesses are there that are not.
