Rob and his partner carried out loft boarding out, fitting new, enlarged hatchway with steps plus sarking felt lap vents as requested and per quotation. A very neat job, cracked on with the work unobtrusively and in a very tidy fashion, protecting the carpets and cleaning up after themselves. You wouldn't know they'd been.
I now have significant additional and accessible storage space that should no longer be damp during the winter.
Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the overall service from start to finish. Within 10 minutes of requesting a quote I'd received a call and the guys were out to give us a detailed description of the work. It has just been completed today, they arrived on time, carried out a very high standard of work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up all mess after they were done. Fantastic service and would recommend!

Excellent service. Very efficient in arranging quote and then scheduling work. Loft boarding and loft ladder and light installation completed as planned. Property left spotless after work completed, and all work explained. Would highly recommend.

2024: We used Henderson again for loft work in our new house. Top up insulation, boarding, shelving, relocation of loft hatch with new door and ladder. We are so pleased with the work, they are a great team and worked really hard to do a fantastic job. We will continue to recommend them.

We have moved from a new build into an old Victorian property, and over the last 18 months we have had extensive work done to bring the house up to our needs. It's been a roller-coaster to say the least, the decision to board the loft out was not taken lightly as our nerves could not take another disaster! We rang Henderson Property Maintenance and Rob came round to give us a quote. At first we wanted the access ladder putting in my daughters room (the small bedroom) but Rob explained to us that the height of the room, the small space and the way the joists ran, this could be a problem so decided to go for fitting the ladder in the guest bedroom. We have new carpets throughout and the staircase and landing area have just been papered and painted. We knew our loft was home to a web of old cables, pipes, ancient water tanks and a ton of soot and old insulation so we cautiously decided to go ahead with the work. I have to say all our worries were laid to rest, the lads were in and out in a couple of days. All the rubbish was taken away, the carpets and walls are somehow still pristine and the extra space in the loft is truly amazing!! My wife said we should of had the loft done much earlier in our plans as its made for such a clean storage area that it it would have made the renovation so much easier been able to neatly store all our belongings. Rob even took the time to bring over his little drone over and assess the state of our slate roof for us. Honestly after the year we've had, the lads have restored our faith with there friendly professionalism. Thank you so much
