Highly recommend this firm! I was dreading having central heating installed in my tiny house, because of the huge amount of work involved - new gas supply, removal of immersion tank, new boiler and radiators etc. I thought my house would be in complete dissaray, but I was so wrong. The engineers were so neat and tidy that when I got home each day you could hardly tell anyone had been there, let alone taken up all the carpets and floorboards! They were so respectful of my space, I felt I could trust them completely, and I'm so impressed by their work.

Phoned after a weekend with no heating. Explained I was on my own, husband extremely ill in hospital. They were quite rude and abrupt and told me it would be the middle of the following week before they could get someone to me. I went to another company who had an engineer with me the same day and problem was fixed with half an hour. Won’t be contacting you again ☹️

Had home visit booked between 10am/ 12noon for a replacement boiler. No one turned up. I understand that some times delays may happen but no phone call to inform of new time. Lack of respect for possible new customer.. If this is the level of service I have had a lucky escape.

Recently had a new boiler and central heating pump replaced due to our old system being 30 years old. Had 3 chaps who arrived on time working hard for most of the day to complete the job and who didn’t even take a tea break despite my offering several cuppas.

Excellent job, very pleased, and at a competitive price.
