As a tenant of a property I have experienced Hereford Heating for 16 years and they have been brilliant! From servicing and checking boiler to putting in a new one, I have nothing but praise for their professionalism and flexibility and friendly staff. From the ladies who arrange appointments to the engineers they have been efficient and reliable, always turn up when they say they will and on time. When the central heating broke down they did their utmost to repair it swiftly and provided electric heaters until it was done. I recommend them highly, you won’t get better!

Fantastic experience from start to end. Old boiler failing and unreliable. Estimate provided following a visit from Graham who was very professional and recommended suitable new boiler and advised on all work required. Old boiler finally gave up a few days later so a call to the team advising them of our situation resulted in them making arrangements to install the new boiler within a matter of days. Team arrived at 8am, very professional, knowledgeable and open to any questions I had. Excellent standard of work carried out. Would highly recommend this company and will always use them whenever needed. Thank you all, a very happy and warm family!

Fantastic service! Every year Hereford Heating remind me that my tenants’ boiler is due for service and then they sort it all out. They contact the tenants directly and the work is done very quickly.

What a brilliant company, from the time they came and gave me the estimate to the time all the work was carried out I can not fault any part of it. The work was carried out to the highest standard and if I asked a question it was answered so that I understood everything, They arrived at the time they said with a tx message and an email to say they were on their way, both days they arrived early and worked quietly and respectfully I would definetly recommend Hereford Heating and their engineers to anyone Alice

It is a pleasure to deal with Hereford Heating. Their appointments system and follow up from enquiries are professional and .efficient Jackson service my gas boiler yesterday; he was speedily efficient and helpful, assisting me to contact Cadent and British Gas. Hereford Heating Ltd are an exceptional company who provide a first-rate service. I have relied on them twice to fix my oil boiler and they have been brilliant every time and their costs are very reasonable. Having paid for years into a monthly support plan with another nation-wide company and received very little support in return, I have cancelled my support plan and now solely used Hereford Heating Ltd. I highly recommend them and their amazing staff; you will not be disappointed.

Good team to deal with. Graham came to discuss our job: to remove gravity-fed boiler system and install new pressure system. An estimate was agreed and job scheduled in quickly. The team arrived at agreed day/time - a nice touch is to receive a text message when setting out with tracking information showing the team on way (we had cups of coffee ready on arrival). Graham and Sam arrived first. Prepared the house with protection (dust covers etc) and started the install. Arty arrived later to do the electrics.
The guys thoughtfully provided electric heaters for us while boiler disconnected.
New boiler tank installed - very tidy job. Everything made good afterwards. All done with a friendly smile. Graham, Sam and Arturo couldn’t have been a nicer bunch of guys to work with.
Happy to recommend.
Oh… and the invoice matched the estimate.
