Excellent experience from Heath Electrical Services today, both Matthew and Al are really nice blokes top of their game, had all the answers to my questions, were clean tidy and professional.

We had a MyEnergi Zappi and Eddi installed to make the most use of our existing solar array. I was shown the app, how the charger works and how the Eddi works. The job was a clean tidy install and I would highly recommend Heath Electrical Services to my friends and family, as it happens a family member is also looking for an Eddi and Zappi install and I shall be urging them to try Heath Electrical Services.

Thanks lads, pleasure to meet you both no doubt we will see you again soon for any other electrical work.

I have recently had myEV charger on freestanding post mounted installation carried out by Matt from Heath Electricals.

I am really pleased with everything from start to end; I was quoted for the work the next day from date of my enquiry and only waited a week for installation once the parts had arrived.

Matt was highly professional and the work area on my driveway was been left in a very good condition (the cabling had to be run under a footpath rather than a wall mounted charger). Really appreciated the help setting up the app and being shown how to use the Smart charging functions.

Overall very happy with the work and I will use Heath Electricals again.

If I could give 10 stars I would. A year and half I’ve been wanting my nest thermostat installed, I gave up as I kept being let down by electricians. I took to Google and Heath Electrical Services we’re the first company I came across and wow, don’t think I could be more impressed. Booking an appointment was easy and I was given a date just a week away, I was expecting to have to wait weeks if not longer. I was kept up to date with texts and emails confirming my appointment, rough time of the duration or works and also got a text on the day to let me know the electricians were on the way with a tracking link to show how far away they were. Could not fault Matthew and Alastair, great guys with amazing knowledge, really friendly and chatty. So so impressed. I will DEFINITELY be using you again!

Really good, EV charger install was carried out within a few days. The installers were friendly and polite, however would have been nice to be told things were taking longer than expected.

Overall the install went well, all regulatory docs were sent over a few days after install. Would definitely use again.

I had Jim and Lucas. They were lovely, friendly, polite. One is an apprentice who had only been with the company three weeks but I could hear things being explained and questions asked, and he seems to be learning really quickly. It was nice hearing everything being explained and worked through so that he could learn, nothing was just done without it being explained.
