We hired this firm to refurbish a 7 bedroom home. The workmanship was poor, the site manager and project manager never showed, some certificates were forged while the work was left undone, we overpaid by 200,000 pounds, and they didn't finish the work. We lost a year of time with our new baby trying to resolve it all. Worst possible experience. Your company is based in Coln Valley, and if your conscience will not let you remember, perhaps the solicitors' letters will remind you.
