Recommended by a friend, so was happy to wait the 2 weeks to get a quote, then on the morning of the appointment I get a message to postpone - if I had known the night before would not have booked the morning off work! But okay, so booked the next morning off aswell - complete no show & no message this time So now have another wait to get someone else...I hope more reliable.

Barry did a fantastic loft conversion for us. He constantly kept in touch and was the only builder to let us know when the job would start. his price was very reasonable and done to a very high standard. I have no problem with thoroughly recommending Barry at Hills Property Management. We went on to appoint Barry to completely renovate our roof and install Velux windows and this again has been done to a very high standard

I had a number of leaks on my garage roof,so contacted hills property management and was extremely happy with how quick I was quoted for the work and the very competitive price for the the work to be completed. The work was completed to a very high standard at a time that suited me. Barry who completed the work was a true professional and kept me informed during every process,
and removed all rubbish and kept the area clean at all times.
I would highly recommend this company for property maintenance and would definitely use again.
