Danielle and the team at HILMARK Homes have been exceptional from start to finish. This being our first home and a new build, it was quite overwhelming going into their office to pick out our colours, kitchen and bathrooms, but Danielle allowed us to take our time and helped with the decision process massively. If we had any questions or queries, the team were quick to answer us and if they didn’t have an answer, they endeavoured to find it elsewhere. We have recently moved into our new home and Hilmark have been absolutely amazing, from picking our choices to moving in, everything has went smoothly. Aimee, Caroline and Danielle were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend!

I've had things that were not sorted when we bought the house six years ago. The guy Albert who is over everyone I spoke to him years ago and he said I'll be round this afternoon. Still waiting. I have water coming from the ceiling and n the ensuite he said he would be here at the latest a couple of days. Still waiting !. I rang Hillmark the n Portadown. The girl said she would get Albert round. Still waiting. My neighbours had trouble as well. The person concerned has now been blocked from Albert's phone as he just does not want to be bothered. My other neighbour had to have work done at her own expense as Albert just ignored all problems. A 10year guarantee !!!! What a joke !!!!

As the main contractor Hillmark need to choose their subcontractors carefully. I have had to many issues. Hillmark have sorted them out, however the problems should not of existed if competent subcontractors where used.
