Completed the build took the money and left us stranded without any completion paperwork submission with Council for an inspection in order to get a building certificate. Everyone including James Kincaid, Stephen Graham and the Architect are incommunicado and won't return our calls or emails. I would not suggest dealing with this Home Renovation Scotland or the persons above. I have found out from Companies House that there is a request for dissolution of the company. So much for word of mouth, reviews and trusting a builder.

James and the Home Renovations Scotland team did a brilliant job on our new sunroom which has just sailed through the completion certificate inspection. The finished room with lantern roof has transformed the house and is admired by all. These guys care a lot about the quality of their workmanship, and it shows. They worked with great determination through horrendous February storms. Their work was extremely well organised. We highly recommend this company.
