Highly recommend Simon from Home MOT, he accommodated our survey so quickly and had the report back within 48 hours. The report was clear and easy to understand with pictures to support all points. We would recommend Simon from Home MOT, he arranged our level 3 survey with the estate agent and had the report back to us within 48 hours. The report was clear and easy to understand with pictures to support all points. We did not get a survey done on the first house we bought, which we regretted enormously, so we knew we had to get one this time. Straight away Simon at Home-MOT clearly explained the options and prices. Once the survey was complete and we received the report, we were incredibly impressed by the amount of information and the level of detail Home-MOT provided. From the many pictures, to the detailed breakdown report, and a phonecall to discuss the findings. The service was professional and thorough, and we will not hesitate to use Home-MOT again if we are ever buying in the future. I can't recommend Simon enough and count myself very lucky that I went with him. The level 3 survey reported some serious structural problems & roof issues for a high spec house that I was in the process of purchasing. It has saved me thousands of pounds.

The report is extremely thorough and very easy to understand. Simon comes across as very knowledgable, and is very helpful on the phone explaining the report.

Simon was a pleasure to deal with, the survey was carried out professionally and on a timely basis and we have a comprehensive report and all the relevant photos. The report was informative and in depth and I would recommend Home-MOT to everyone. Home-MOT go the extra mile with their surveys and it gives peace of mind. After all, buying a house is always going to be the most expensive thing we ever buy, so getting a comforting and in depth survey is essential.
