Don’t look any further! Homestead inspections are a fantastic company. I couldn’t recommend them more for a survey. My partner and I are first time buyers and the detail in the report was fantastic, extremely helpful and helped us negotiate a lower price with our seller! Junior,
our surveyor, has been particularly exceptional. He has been so patient and so kind with our queries. His report was meticulous but easy to understand at the same time. We had an in depth call with him following our survey where he answered our endless questions in detail! Even a few months after the survey, following our searches, Junior assisted us with queries regarding our results and really put our minds at ease. Junior is an exceptional surveyor and Homestead Inspections are an extremely professional company. Thank you Junior and Homestead!

I'd absolutely recommend this company to anyone who wants a detailed survey of a property they're interested in. Although a standard surveyor may be cheaper, with Homestead you're paying for a much better service and you're likely to save more money in the long run as Junior was able to give us all the facts we needed whilst other surverors would likely of recommended more checks, which costs more money.

I'll be using Homestead again when I find another property.
