Just popped in for a Kubota service kit (mechanic, so doing the job myself). Absolute pleasure to see two young members of staff being 100% efficient and courteous. Offering pinpoint advise too. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Breath of fresh air. Good on them, credit to the firm.

Lawn mower was sent of for service and repair came back worked for two cuts then stopped again. Just taken it all apart doesn't even look like they serviced it plus had put parts on wrong which was causing belt to get damaged. Botched job if I ever saw one

I was quoted £168 to fix a broken cable on my mower, I bought the cable on Amazon for £23 and took me 20 mins to fit and I really had no idea what I was doing, however worked first time!! Just too expensive
